Prices are in US dollars per month. Monitors and webhook endpoints are counted across your whole account; components and subscribers are counted per page. RSS, Atom, the JSON status endpoint and the badge are free on every plan.
When you hit a limit
The action stops and the message names the limit and its value, for example "Your plan allows 5 monitors; you have 5." Nothing is billed beyond your plan and nothing upgrades without your click. Email updates over the monthly cap stop, and your dashboard says so.
Cancel and refunds
Cancel with one button on your dashboard. The confirmation states your refund before you press it. You go back to Free at once and we refund the unused part of the period pro rata. Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record.
Downgrade policy
When a plan ends or you move to a smaller one, nothing is ever made public by accident.
- Pages over the new plan's page count go offline. You choose which pages stay live; by default it is your oldest public page.
- Private pages on a plan without private pages go offline, never public.
- Monitors over the new limit are paused. Logo and colours fall back to the defaults but are kept.
- Offline pages are kept for 90 days, with an email 14 days and 1 day before they are removed. You can export, delete or upgrade at any time.
