Private pages
Private pages are included from the Private plan up ($15.00 a month). Set the visibility in the page's settings.
Shared password
Anyone with the password can open the page. After a correct password the browser keeps a cookie for that one page only. A wrong password never says whether the page exists. Unlock attempts are limited to 10 per 10 minutes per visitor.
Per-viewer magic links
You list the email addresses, or whole email domains, that may view the page. A visitor enters their address and, if it is on the list, gets a one-time link by email. The response is the same whether or not the address is allowed, so the form cannot be used to find out who is on the list. Viewer addresses are stored encrypted.
Feeds, JSON and badge on a private page
Create a feed token in the page's settings. Add it to the address as ?k=TOKEN for the feed, JSON and badge. The token only opens those machine-readable endpoints, never the web page, and you can rotate it at any time.
What stays hidden
- A private page answers exactly like a page that does not exist until the visitor has access.
- Every response for a private page is marked "no store" and "noindex".
- If your plan ends, private pages go offline. They are never made public.
